Shipping/Return Policies

Thank you for shopping at Clear Water Crystals! We are dedicated to carefully packaging and shipping your precious crystals to you safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below.

Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation.

During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.  

Please note that "processing" includes preparing your order, carefully selecting and packing your crystals, and generating shipping labels.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:

Below are the following (Preferred) shipping methods:

USPS (Priority Mail) :  2-3 business days after shipment.
UPS (Ground or Next Day) : Estimated delivery within 1-5 business days after shipment. 

Other options for couriers, delivery times and preferences are available upon checkout. 

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. They may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, weather conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the selected shipping method and destination. You will see the shipping cost before you finalize your purchase.

Shipping Destinations:

We currently ship to the United States and Canada.

For international orders, please be aware that you may be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country's regulations. Clear Water Crystal Company is not responsible for these charges. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

Clear Water Crystal Company takes great care in packaging your crystals to prevent damage during transit.

However, if your package arrives damaged, please:

  • Take photos of the damaged packaging and the damaged items immediately upon receipt.
  • Contact us within 3 days of receiving the damaged package at info@clearwatercrystalcompany.com
  • Please include your order number and the photos of the damage in your communication.
  • We will work with you to find a suitable solution, which may include a replacement or a refund, depending on the circumstances.   


If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at:  info@clearwatercrystalcompany.com within 2 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate the issue with the shipping carrier and work towards a resolution.

Incorrect Shipping Address:

  • Please ensure that you provide the correct and complete shipping address during checkout.
  • Clear Water Crystal Company is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
  • If you realize you have entered an incorrect shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at info@clearwatercrystalcompany.com, We will do our best to update the address if the order has not yet shipped. However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to make the change.

Returns Due to Shipping Issues:

  • If a package is returned to us due to an issue with the shipping address provided by the customer (e.g., insufficient address, incorrect address), the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend the package.
